Refund policy

Returns
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase of Chew Gum! If you are not totally satisfied, please email us at support@chewgum.co for a refund within 5 days of receiving your package. Simply mail the unused packets back to us for a refund on your order. Refunds are not given for already consumed or opened product.

Return claims cannot be made outside of our 5 day window from delivery.

Defects (if applicable)
If there is a defect in the product/packaging, please do not consume and immediately email us at support@chewgum.co with a description and photo of the issue. Will replace any defective products/packets, and ask you to dispose of the bags in discussion once we confirm there is an issue.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
