Refund Eligibility

  • To qualify, please return any unused and unopened packets to us.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for products that have been consumed or opened.

Return Claims

Refund or return claims will not be accepted beyond 5 days from the delivery date.

Defective Products

If you receive a product with a defect, please:

  • Do not consume the product.
  • Email us immediately at support@chewgum.co.with the following:
    • A description of the issue.
    • A clear photo of the defective product or packaging.

We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. Once the defect is confirmed, we may ask you to dispose of the affected items.

Sale Items

  • Refunds apply to regular-priced items only.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
